Sharing ideas and working directly with Chef Jon in coordinating parties, specific menus and dishes, and fine details are all essential in making your event a huge success.

We can discuss upcoming event details including overall concept, date and type of event, dietary and allergen requests and cuisine preferences.
Chef Jon will come to meet with you to set a specific menu and discuss your expectations. He will discuss all of the specific details of your event and work to meet any other special request.
A proposal will be written and sent to you covering the details of the one-on-one catering consultation. Pricing is based on menu options selected, number of guests and type of event and is an all inclusive Price-Per-Person flat rate. This includes food, preparation, service and service materials, clean-up and the chef’s time.
Depending on the type of event and menu details, Chef Jon will schedule the arrival time for the Papa Mark Catering team at the event and begin set up and food preparations.
